Telos Construction is a growing residential remodeling company in Topeka, specializing in interior remodels, whole-home renovations, decks, and custom carpentry. Founded in 2022, we're built on a simple idea: excellent work, done the right way, by people who care deeply about their craft.

We're looking for an Apprentice Carpenter to support active remodeling projects. This role is ideal for someone who wants hands-on experience, shows up ready, and takes pride in a clean, professional job site. You'll work alongside skilled carpenters, learn the trade the right way, and grow your skills over time.

 What You'll Do

• Set up, maintain, and clean up the jobsite daily
• Assist with demolition, material handling, and debris removal
• Support carpenters with measuring, carrying, staging materials, and basic prep
• Load/unload materials; keep tools and supplies organized
• Maintain safe work practices; protect client homes, surfaces, and finishes
• Follow directions while building confidence and skills on active job sites

 What You Bring

• Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn
• Dependable and punctual - shows up ready every day
• Comfortable with physical, hands-on work (lifting, carrying, climbing, etc.)
• Ability to take direction and work as part of a team
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Prior construction or remodeling experience (preferred)
• Familiarity with basic hand and power tools (preferred)
• Interest in growing into a carpentry career over time

 Compensation & Benefits

Pay: $16-$22 per hour, based on experience, reliability, and willingness to learn
